About the role
As a Functional Consultant/Business Analyst with a proven history of successful support of MS Dynamics AX and MS 365 projects, you will be responsible for engaging our key business stakeholders with intent to deliver & support a premium solution for our growing business. The primary responsibilities include timely planning development, requirement gathering, detailed document development, end user training and identification and support to a changing business.
Key to your success in this role will be your ability to interact at all levels of the business and promptly comprehend our business needs and goals. Your abilities to work across varying modules autonomously whilst incorporating tasks such as data migration, process mapping, testing and business intelligence are all integral to you mastering this role.
- Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years’ experience of functional consultation across MS Dynamics AX 2012 and/or Dynamics 365.
- Certified in MS Dynamics AX/365.
- Experience with Customer Service, Finance, Sales, Procurement and Operations modules.
- Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Residential Construction or Construction industry knowledge.
- Microsoft Power BI.
- OData/Data Entities.
