CUSTOMER | World First with Citta Design
Sable37 are pioneering cloud computing in the Microsoft Dynamics AX / ERP arena. With our retail client Citta Design we are creating a world first – a completely cloud based end to end Dynamics AZURE Solution – Cloud37 Retail. Cloud37 Retail is a completely shrink wrapped solution including AZURE, the new AX, AX Retail with the new MPOS client telling interface, CRM Online, Office 365, and Power BI delivered all together in one revolutionarily neat package.
Every retailer needs a strategy to bring together their social marketing, campaigns, loyalty and rewards, omni-channel selling with options for direct shipment, collections in store, direct purchases etc. Retailers need efficient planning, ordering, delivery, and stock management to support the rapid changes in trends and consumer sentiment. Speed to market from design to the store is critical.
Over the last two years Sable37 have been building up our Retail IP in AX2012 to provide retailers with this end to end solution. This solution has been migrated to the new AX and AZURE. We have invested in the development of Retail IP across a range of gaps filling in the solution so it is end to end. It is therefore faster to implement, easier to learn, and lower cost to maintain!
Citta Design will go live as the first Retail AX7 (Azure Cloud) client on this version in the Asia Pacific Region and one of the first of three Retail clients in the world.
The Cloud37 Retail components for our foundation client, Citta Design are:
- AX7 in AZURE (full ERP back office including Supply Chain, Financials, Warehousing and Web Integration)
- POS using the new MPOS (Cloud based POS including new Client Telling functionality
- Office 365
- Fully managed AZURE platform from Spark
- CRM Online for Loyalty and Marketing
With the solution being fully cloud operated, staff and managers will be able to function on any device, opening up a world of possibilities where the service can come to the customer in a large, busy, open store.
The POS can be run on a mobile or tablet etc. and it will allow staff to operate on the floor with customers and provide the customer direct information about stock, their previous purchases and payment, all without moving from the sofa couch they just purchased. There is no client install, new stores and pop up stores can be established in minutes. Managers will have phone and tablet access to ERP and all reporting out of the box. Reporting can be run anytime from anywhere using the new “in memory” real time reporting.
