Support Specialist – Microsoft Dynamics 365 – Hyderabad, India

Headquartered in Melbourne, Australia with offices across New Zealand, America, Dubai and India, we are currently looking for a number of exceptional Dynamics 365 (Finance and Operations) Functional Support Specialists to join the team in our Hyderabad office to assist with our 24×7 Global Support Operation.
We require you to have extensive Dynamics 365 (Finance and Operations) experience, focusing on Finance, Trade and Logistics, Supply Chain and/or Retail, to be able to cope with the demand of our busy Support Centre.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing solutions to support tickets allocated on customer or Sable37 support desk
- Guide and support clients with pilot testing solutions provided through support desk
- Collaborate with clients to develop functional designs for custom Microsoft Dynamics requirements
- Configure and test Dynamics modules to ensure delivered solutions meet client’s functional requirements
- Provide support and quality assurance for delivered Microsoft Dynamic solutions
- Liaise closely with Sable37 team to ensure high-quality, professional and client-focused solutions are delivered
- Responsible for providing analysis and follow-up of Applications Support Service Desk items
- Undertake any other responsibilities as deemed suitable by Sable37 management
Education, Experience and Required Skills
- 3+ years of Dynamics AX Functional experience on AX 2012 is required
- Functional specifications documentation
- Support desk experience advantageous
- Finance, Trade and Logistics, Supply Chain or Retail experts
As this role is within our Support team you will be required to work on shifts across a rotating roster and you will be compensated for working outside normal business hours. This is a demanding role but will open up opportunities for people who are keen to work on large, complex Dynamics 365 projects both onshore and offshore in future.
